Position Summary
The Project Coordinator, Community Health Initiatives and Outreach supports the operational execution of WRMC's community health partnership initiatives. The position is responsible for coordinating timelines, vendor activities, event logistics, and cross-functional communication between internal departments and external partners. The role requires consistent attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple concurrent workstreams.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Program Coordination
- Maintain project timelines and track deliverables across marketing, enrollment, vendor, and compliance workstreams
- Identify and escalate delays or risks to leadership in a timely manner
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document follow-up items
- Maintain organized program documentation, collateral, and records
Community Outreach and Event Support
- Support on-site activities at partnering institutions and schools, including enrollment booths, community events
- Distribute program materials and promotional items
- Respond to inquiries from community members, parents, and partner staff
- Coordinate with partner contacts to advance engagement efforts
Vendor and Logistics Management
- Initiate and track purchase orders for printed materials, promotional items, banners, and membership cards
- Coordinate production and delivery timelines to ensure availability in advance of scheduled events
- Maintain vendor records and invoices
Marketing and Digital Coordination
- Support coordination between internal and external marketing, design, and digital resources
- Assist with newsletter placements, direct mail coordination, and event calendar management
- Track inventory of collateral and promotional materials
Data and Reporting
- Maintain program records and enrollment data
- Prepare reports on enrollment volume, outreach activity, and program metrics
- Support data collection efforts for monthly and quarterly program reviews

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities under deadline
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for off-site work
- Availability for occasional evening and weekend events
- Professional demeanor appropriate for community-facing work
Preferred Qualifications
- Academic or professional background in public health, nonprofit management, communications, business administration, or a related field
- Familiarity with the East Dallas community
- Experience with CRM, project management, or enrollment software (Salesforce)
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish
- Prior internship or work experience in healthcare, nonprofit, education, or community engagement settings
