This role creates value for our customers, team, and business by coordinating people, materials, schedules, and communication across all phases of construction.The Project Manager reports directly to the Division Vice President and oversees Project Superintendents and Foremen.Key ResponsibilitiesBe on time and ready to start work at the designated start timeOversee and support Project Superintendents and ForemenAssist Estimator with project estimation as neededCreate project schedules of values and maintain project schedulesProduce AIA billing monthly or as requiredManage deadlines, manpower scheduling, and temporary labor (with Division VP approval)Create, process, and track change ordersQualify and buy out subcontractors and project packagesCoordinate job start requirements with Project CoordinatorEnsure approved package pricing and contract documentation is completeCoordinate with utility companies and local electrical inspectorsEnsure quality installation and adherence to plans and specificationsConduct weekly site visits and one-on-one meetings with ForemenEnsure Titan tools and equipment are properly tracked and maintainedOrder and call off equipment rentals as neededEvaluate project performance and financial resultsApprove and process material purchasesAttend jobsite and coordination meetingsPrepare and process project submittalsProcess RFIs to and from General ContractorsBuild and maintain strong relationships with General ContractorsCommunicate professionally and respond to emails and calls in a timely mannerSupport team morale and engagement (including occasional team lunches)Answer phone after hours as requiredAlways work safely — you are important to the TeamOperate according to Titan’s Core Value SystemQualificationsMinimum 5+ years of experience in commercial electrical project managementStrong understanding of NEC, construction documents, and jobsite coordinationExperience managing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and field teamsAbility to read and interpret blueprints and specificationsStrong organizational, communication, and leadership skillsProficiency with project management software (Procore preferred)Valid driver’s license and clean driving recordMust pass pre-employment drug screening and background checkCultural FitWe’re looking for someone who is:Dependable and accountableProfessional, positive, and solutions-focusedCommitted to doing the right thing—even when no one is watchingComfortable working in a faith-based, values-driven organizationTeam-oriented and willing to support others’ successBenefits401(k) with company matchLife Insurance (100% paid by Titan)AD&D Insurance (100% paid by Titan)Medical Insurance (60% paid by Titan)Dental & Vision InsuranceShort- & Long-Term DisabilityPaid Time OffHoliday PayJoin Our TeamAt Titan Electrical Services, we believe trusted and skilled electricians—and leaders—are hard to find.
