Key Responsibilities:
- Clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain a clean and inviting dining environment
- Assist bartenders by restocking supplies, garnishes, and glassware
- Support servers and bartenders with timely service to enhance guest satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas
- Ensure all health and safety standards are adhered to at all times
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow
- Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Knowledge of basic sanitation and safety standards in food and beverage service
