Essential Functions:
Picks and stages material to fill sales and distribution order requirements. Moves finished goods inventory as needed. Works collaboratively with a team to ensure safety, accuracy, and efficiency.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Picks material for outbound customer and distribution orders accurately & completely
- Works with handheld WMS (warehouse management system) and labels outgoing material
- Moves material to different inventory locations using handheld scanners and material handling equipment
- Completes re-work work orders and QC-N material requests as needed
- Inspects and performs minor adjustments to equipment
- Maintains clean working environment in finished goods warehouse
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications Required:
- Capable of forklift certification
- Basic math and computer skills
- Organizational teamwork skills
- Work in all climates
- Self-motivated/ coachable
Qualifications Desired:
- Knowledge of MFG-PRO system- both PC and handheld
Schedule: 12-Hour, 2-2-3 Static Nights Shift (6:00pm-6:00am)
Pay: starting at $21.00/Hour

Physical Demands and Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The employee is occasionally exposed to a variety of extreme conditions at the manufacturing site including high temperatures. The noise level in the work environment may be loud.

- Physical Demands: While performing the duties of the job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, sitting, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, climbing stairs, reach above and below chest level, use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls, reach with arms. This position works at various levels. The employee must frequently lift and move items over 50 pounds and may be exposed to chemical, non-toxic fumes or dust. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
- Work Environment: The employee will occasionally be exposed to Cold Temperatures <55 degrees and Heat >100 degrees. The environment is well lit; The noise level in the environment is loud due to exposure and use of fork trucks, but employee may be exposed to higher than 85 decibels on occasion, hearing protection is required. Employee may be occasionally required to enter confined spaces.
