JOB SUMMARY: Document in real time assessment of the patient as provided by the physician/patient interaction. Also provided medical assistance to the patient and physician as needed.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Chart in real-time as the provider assesses and examines the Patient - Document the history, physical exam, assessment and plan, results, procedures, treatment, and physician consultations - Record provider-dictated diagnoses, prescriptions and i- Greet patients and prepares them for physical examination. Screens patients for appropriate information. Instructs patients in collection of samples and tests.

REQUIREMENTS: Preferred: * Less than one year Education: * Bachelor's Degree Licenses And Certification: Required: * Basic Life Support : * Medical Assistant Certification
