Job Description

• Investigate and prepare all necessary information to on-board new customers
• Prepare capacity assessment reports as needed
• Create and maintain project timelines
• Communicate and maintain project/job budgets
• Maintain project/job open issues log
• Maintain customer required systems related to product launches
• Maintain internal databases and lead internal/external meetings related to product launches
• Initiate and complete PO approvals for new product launches
• Kick-off outside suppliers as needed for new product launches
• Compile necessary information for engineering change quotes.
• Review PPAP requirements and ensure all documentation is complete.
• Assist in production process reviews and update production metrics when required.

Requirements

• 3-5 years’ experience in manufacturing or related industry associate’s degree or related business experience.
• High level organizational skills and attention to detail
• Professional demeanor with high standard of ethical behavior
• Must be process oriented and team player.
• Must be proficient in office, and use of computers.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple deadlines
