Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations within our facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of industrial maintenance practices. This role is critical in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our equipment and systems, contributing to the overall success of our operations.

Duties

Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support in daily operations.

Develop and implement maintenance strategies to enhance equipment reliability and performance.

Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking maintenance activities and scheduling preventive maintenance.

Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Oversee high voltage and low voltage electrical systems, performing troubleshooting as necessary.

Manage projects related to facility upgrades, repairs, and installations while ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inventory, and equipment performance metrics.

Train staff on proper maintenance procedures, safety protocols, and the use of tools such as voltmeters and logic controllers.

Requirements

Proven experience in industrial maintenance management or a similar role.

Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills in English.

Proficiency in using CMMS software for effective maintenance management.

Knowledge of high voltage and low voltage electrical systems is essential.

Familiarity with project management principles to effectively oversee maintenance projects.

Ability to troubleshoot electrical issues using tools such as voltmeters.

A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.

Relevant certifications or training in industrial maintenance are preferred but not mandatory.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. on a regular basis
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, pull, push, and sit for long periods at a time on a regular basis
