Job Summary

Coordinates all outpatient counseling services, activity assess call, walk-ins, ER patients for service level need and diagnosis. Make clinical service recommendations to callers and physicians. Provides community, regional information and referred services.

Education and/or Experience

• Bachelors Degree and three years relevant experience, or a Masters Degree and one year of relevant experience required.

Licensure/Certification/Registration

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker - LCSW or
• Licensed Professional Counselor Required

Work Schedule

• Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm; 72 hours every 2 weeks

Pay

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

• $27.50 - $41.50 per hour
