Job Summary: This position is responsible for the overall care of an assigned group of children actively working to meet the physical, emotional, social and intellectual development of a specific age group. Providing a warm, nurturing, safe and loving environment when self-concepts are enhanced, independence is encouraged and individuality is respected. This care includes meeting the children’s developmental, physically, emotionally, socially, and mentally. Appropriate schedule flexibility is necessary as assigned by the Director. Education: High School Diploma or GED Required.

Additional Education Requirements:

College level training in Early Childhood Ed or Child development preferred.

Additional Certification Details:

Heartsaver CPR required within 3 months
