Oasis Senior Advisors is searching for a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Senior Living Advisor in the Jacksonville, FL metro area. In this role, you'll play a vital role in guiding families through the important decision of selecting the right senior living community.

Oasis Senior Advisors is a trusted national leader in senior placement and referral. We're dedicated to providing personalized and caring support to families and seniors, at no cost to them, as they navigate the transition to assisted living.
What You'll Do:
- Be a source of comfort and guidance for families during a sensitive time.
- Partner with local assisted living communities to build strong relationships.
- Develop and manage referral networks with hospitals, senior centers, and other key partners.
- Utilize our innovative Oasis IQ software to recommend the perfect fit for each client's needs.
- Coordinate and attend community tours with families and promote Oasis at local events.
Who You Are:
- A passionate and motivated individual who thrives on helping others.
- A strong communicator with excellent relationship-building skills.
- Well-connected within the senior care community, or eager to build relationships.
- Possess experience in outside sales with a focus on relationship building (preferred).
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, Nursing, Social Work, Communication, or Public Health (preferred).
