About the role

We are seeking an ambitious, highly motivated Pre-Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of personal injury law, a passion for advocating for clients, and the ability to work efficiently and expeditiously on behalf of our clients.

*This is a partner track position.

What you'll do

• Manage a large docket of personal injury cases from initial consultation through settlement.
• Oversee investigations, including gathering and analyzing medical records, police reports, and witness statements.
• Communicate regularly with clients, insurance adjusters, and medical providers to resolve cases efficiently for the highest possible settlement.
• Supervise case management staff and provide detailed direction on cases.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license in good standing with the State Bar of Texas.
• 3+ years of experience as an attorney practicing personal injury law.
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to manage a high volume of cases and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred, but not required.
