Leasing Agent at TIPTON ASSET GROUP – Austin, Texas

Our community is seeking a self-motivated individual who is ready to make a difference in our customer's lives. In this critical role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for prospective residents seeking a new home and provide exceptional customer service to the community's existing residents. If you have at least two years in customer service and you love meeting new people, have a great personality, then we want to talk to you!

The Leasing Agent is to effectively follow the leasing and marketing program within the management company’s guidelines and operating objectives, and has the responsibility to perform the functions and tasks set forth below:

• Screen all incoming residents by qualification standards with strong telephone skills
• Maintain professional appearance of self and leasing office
• Contribute new ideas, solutions, and participate in brainstorming with staff
• Conduct off-site marketing and assist in preparing marketing plans
• Assist with resident programs and retention
• Present apartments to prospective clients in a persuasive manner
• Make sure units are lease ready
• Experience with Affordable
• Onesite is a plus!

Experience Requirements and Certifications:

• Prior experience in customer service or sales experience preferred
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Onesite Software experience preferred
• Social media savvy + marketing experience is a plus
• Valid driver’s license
