We are urgently hiring for a Registered Nurse to join our home health team in Blacksburg, VA, and surrounding areas including Giles, Montgomery, and Pulaski Counties. Key Responsibilities:

Deliver skilled nursing care to patients in their homes

Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized care plans

Provide patient and caregiver education to support independence and healing

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality outcomes

Maintain clear, timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulations and company policies
Qualifications:
-
Current RN license valid in Virginia
-
Minimum of 2 year of nursing experience (home health experience strongly preferred)

Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
-
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

A compassionate and professional approach to patient care
