Job Title: Corporate Controller

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Corporate Controller to oversee our financial operations and ensure the integrity of our financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with a proven track record of managing financial teams and processes in a corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.

- Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.

- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and internal controls.

- Supervise and mentor the finance and accounting team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

- Coordinate with external auditors during the annual audit process and ensure timely resolution of any issues.

- Monitor cash flow and financial performance, providing regular reports to executive leadership.

- Collaborate with other departments to support strategic initiatives and drive financial performance.

Required Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification required.

- Minimum of 7 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong leadership and team management abilities.

- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
