Revenue Recovery Representative at Willis-Knighton Health System – Shreveport, Louisiana

We are seeking to add an experienced team member to the Business Office at The WK Innovation Center. The ideal candidate will need to demonstrate a strong work ethic, flexibility, dependability, excellent communication skills, computer knowledge and initiative to work independently. A few of the job responsibilities include verifying insurances to ensure that the correct policy was billed, seek recovery of denied payments to the hospital, research any reasons given by the payor for the denial of claims, track and monitor denied claims. Orientation will be provided upon completion of the hiring process as well as on-going training. Hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
