How you will make an impact:
As an Assisted Living Executive Director, you will significantly influence the organization by establishing a clear vision and strategic direction that prioritizes our resident's well-being and satisfaction. By fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence amongst our staff, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality care and services tailored to the unique needs of each resident. Additionally, your commitment to community engagement and relationship-building will enhance the facility's reputation, attracting resources and support that further elevate the resident experience.

Schedule:

• Weekdays, 8:30am-5pm
• On-call 24/7 for Emergencies; available via phone
• Some holiday and weekend coverage needed

Requirements:

• Active SC Community Residential Care Facility Administrator License (Required)
• Minimum of 3 years working as an Executive Director (Required)
• Minimum of 5 years working in senior living management role (Required)
• High school diploma (Required)
• Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)
