Avera is seeking a Housekeeper!

Position Highlights:

Job Summary

• Responsible for maintaining a clean work environment in assigned area. Responsible for proper removal of trash, recycling, and regulated medical waste.
• Maintains a clean/neat environment in working area. Areas may include, but not be limited to; patient rooms, offices, nurses’ stations, lounges, hallways, bathrooms, lobby areas, etc.
• Responsible for upholding good customer relationships at all times. Pursuing high levels of customer service daily with patients in assigned area, as well as follow through on service recovery situations.

Education and/or Experience

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); one to three months related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.

Work Schedule

• PRN, (as needed) M- F 12:00pm-8:00pm Every other weekend/holiday

Pay

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

• $17.00 - $20.50 per hour
