Do you enjoy clean and organized spaces? Are you detail-oriented, take pride in your work, and enjoy being part of a team? If so, we’re looking for a dependable Housekeeping Assistant to help keep our home clean, safe, and welcoming for our seniors.

Here’s what you’ll do:

· Follow daily and weekly cleaning schedules.

· Clean resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, entrances, and hallways.

· Sweep, mop, disinfect, dust, and polish surfaces.

· Empty trash, replace liners, and transport soiled linens.

· Perform deep/terminal cleaning after resident discharges.

· Maintain equipment and use proper safety and infection control procedures.

· Report repair needs or supply shortages.

· Support a positive, respectful environment for residents, families, and coworkers.

· Help train or mentor new housekeeping assistants (if experienced)

· Additional job duties as required

Physical Requirements:

o Ability to lift/push/pull up to 25 lbs

o Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move for extended periods

Work Requirements:

o Must pass a criminal background check

o Must meet facility immunization requirements (e.g., flu shot, COVID-19 if applicable)

o Must follow infection prevention and safety protocols

o Willingness to take part in scheduled weekend/holiday rotations
