Courier at Driven Force Inc – North Little Rock, Arkansas

Drivenforce, Inc. is seeking couriers to pick up and deliver DHL packages in Little Rock, AR, and the surrounding areas. The typical work schedule runs from Monday to Friday, although occasional weekend routes may be required.

Work hours start at 7:30 AM on Mondays, and between 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM from Tuesday to Friday, continuing until the workload is completed. This is a full-time position, offering between 37 to 40 hours of work per week.

Couriers will be assigned a DHL uniform and are required to wear it while on duty. They will also be provided with DHL equipment, such as handheld scanners, to complete their deliveries. We are looking for candidates who are familiar with the area and comfortable using route optimization tools like Google Maps. Ideal candidates should be motivated, customer-oriented, detail-driven, and enjoy driving with a sense of urgency. It is essential to complete tasks accurately on the first attempt.

Drivenforce offers health insurance after 90 days of employment and one week of vacation after one year. We also have a 401(k) program and conduct annual performance reviews. Employees are paid weekly.
