Logistics and Warehouse Coordinator at Pacific Industrial Development – Spartanburg, South Carolina

PIDC is currently seeking an experienced Logistics and Warehouse Coordinator to join our growing team in Spartanburg, SC!

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate inbound shipments with freight forwarders and shipping companies.
• Receives cargo into warehouse.
• Coordinate and process outbound shipments to customers
• Send shipping documents to customers as required.
• Coordinate the internal movement of materials from warehouse to production.
• Manage the day-to-day warehouse inventory control activities, preparing monthly reports for accounting department.
• Transfer materials between warehouses in SAP
• Take physical inventories.
• Order and maintain warehouse supplies.
  
  

Qualifications:

• >2 years of experience in all aspects of supply-chain / logistics / freight management / warehousing.
• BS/BA Degree or Associates Degree with Equivalent Experience is a plus
• Experience with US freight carriers a plus
• Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills
• Intermediate PC skills with knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP a plus)
• Experience in the Chemical industry a plus
