Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in property maintenance or a related field, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.HVAC certification required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in facilities management or a related field.
• Experience with property management software and maintenance tracking systems.
• Previous experience in a residential property management setting.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the maintenance team to ensure timely and effective completion of maintenance tasks.
• Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Manage maintenance requests from residents, prioritizing urgent issues and ensuring prompt resolution.
• Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, ordering new materials as needed to support ongoing operations.
• Prepare and manage the maintenance budget, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effective practices.
