As the Project Manager, you will have initial contact with the customer and be responsible for evaluating the scope of the damage, communicating their options, and securing the project. You will ensure that the production team completes the scope to the highest of standards and workmanship. Throughout the mitigation process you will be the contact for the customer to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
