Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Warmly welcome and seat guests in the dining room; efficiently take and deliver food and beverages according to established service procedures.

Deliver food promptly and professionally while upholding food safety and sanitation standards; proactively attend to additional requests and needs of guests.

Possess comprehensive knowledge of menu items and ingredients; provide guidance on food and drink pairings and accommodate reasonable requests and preferences; demonstrate familiarity with specialized diets and allergens when necessary.

Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order delivery and accommodation of special requests.

Demonstrate excellent communication skills and an ability to work harmoniously with others; remain flexible and patient when interacting with guests and colleagues.

Collect tickets and adhere to proper cash-handling procedures.

Uphold a clean, safe, and orderly environment for guests.

Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality regarding personal or medical information shared by guests.

Promptly address and relay complaints or issues to the supervisor.

Ensure proper setup and cleanup of the dining room before and after service, while meeting sanitation standards.

Fulfill other duties as assigned.
