The General Laborer I performs general manual labor tasks including loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials throughout Millwork360's manufacturing facility. This role assists a variety of functions with manual labor tasks as needed, supporting the mill, warehouse, and production teams to keep material and product flowing efficiently. The General Laborer I works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area and typically reports to a supervisor or manager.

• Ability to read, write, and understand English to effectively perform the essential functions of the position is required.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to regularly lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 lbs, with occasional lifting of heavier items with assistance.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods throughout a shift.
• Comfortable working in a mill/manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures.
• Ability to safely work around moving machinery and material-handling equipment.
