Our Core Values – The 5 Pillars
At Mind+ Neurology, we live by five core values that guide how we care for patients, support teammates, and show up every day. These values are central to our culture and are used to align expectations and measure ongoing employee performance.

  1. Patient Centered - Beyond the Visit We place the patient experience at the heart of everything we do. We listen with empathy, communicate clearly, remove barriers, and follow through so patients feel heard, respected, and fully supported.
  2. Own the Score We focus on outcomes rather than just effort. We take ownership, stay accountable, and continuously learn and improve to deliver results for our patients and team.

  5. Choose Joy We actively create moments of connection, lightness, and celebration. We contribute to a welcoming and positive culture for both patients and team members.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Clinic Director to lead the daily operations of our specialized headache and migraine clinic. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Clinic Director will oversee on-site office management, supervise the clinic team, ensure exceptional patient experiences, maintain regulatory compliance, and drive operational excellence. The Clinic Director will be held directly accountable for overall clinic performance, with a primary focus on maximizing patient access (e.g., timely on-site flow, reduced barriers, flexible availability coordination) and engagement (e.g., high satisfaction, retention, referrals, and participation across all service lines—including clinical care, treatments, and clinical research/trials). This hands-on leadership role suits a driven professional passionate about patient-centered care in a fast-paced outpatient setting, working in close coordination with centralized leadership functions for a successful clinic. These responsibilities will be an adjunct to the individuals role as a Registered Nurse.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day on-site clinic operations, including patient flow optimization, facility maintenance, resource allocation, and coordination with Center of Excellence (COE) teams to ensure seamless integration and minimal disruptions.

• Lead, supervise, mentor, and evaluate the on-site team (e.g., medical assistants, nursing staff, patient success coordinators, and other clinic-based roles), including hiring, scheduling/staffing, onboarding, training, and performance management to build a high-performing, accountable team that meets or exceeds standards.

• Foster a positive, collaborative, and patient-centered culture while addressing staff concerns, promoting accountability, and aligning team efforts with clinic goals and COE-established protocols for nursing excellence and patient success.

• Implement on-site policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency, patient safety, and service quality in alignment with centralized functions and COE guidelines.

• Execute against and continuously improve key performance metrics (KPIs), including but not limited to: patient satisfaction scores, average wait times, appointment throughput, staff

productivity, patient access indicators, and engagement metrics (e.g., retention rates, referral to Mind+ service lines, clinical trial enrollment); and implement targeted on-site initiatives—to meet or exceed targets. • Be held accountable for overall clinic performance by maximizing patient access and engagement across all service lines—collaborating with centralized teams and the COE to ensure optimal execution.

• Manage on-site administrative functions such as inventory/supply ordering, vendor coordination for clinic needs, and full compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, OSHA, state/federal guidelines).

• Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for clinic-related issues, coordinating swiftly with centralized support, COE leadership, clinical providers, and external partners to resolve challenges and maintain performance standards.

• Ensure a welcoming, accessible, and accommodating on-site environment for patients, with proactive problem resolution to support retention and growth across services.

• Perform other duties as assigned to drive measurable results and support the clinic's mission of excellence in headache medicine and patient care.
