Our Story
We're part of the Renewal by Andersen network - one of the most respected names in window and door replacement - and there's no better time to join. We've built a culture where people stick around: strong leadership, a great team, and real investment in your growth. We're backed by 120+ years of Andersen craftsmanship, and we're not just filling a role. We're looking for someone to grow with us.

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Finance Manager to help our customers secure the right financing for their home improvement projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on building relationships, solving problems, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
As a Finance Manager, you will work directly with our Sales Department and our network of lending partners to guide customers through the loan application and approval process; from initial application through project completion. This role is performed primarily over the phone and email, with no cold calling required.
What's In it for You?
  • Competitive Pay: Earn $65,000–$75,000 per year based on experience.
  • Comprehensive Benefits Package: Full-time employees are eligible for medical, dental and vision coverage, with HSA and FSA options and an employer HSA contribution. Additional voluntary benefits include life insurance, long-term disability and supplemental health plans.
  • 401(k) with Company Match: Plan for your future with a 4% company match.
  • Paid Time Off & Holidays: Enjoy PTO and paid holidays to help you recharge and make time for what matters most.
  • Career Growth: Join a growing, multi-state company with room to build and expand your role.
  • Full-Time Stability: A consistent, full-time schedule with a well-established organization.
Responsibilites
  • Application Processing: Work with customers to complete and sign finance documents and loan applications.
  • Lender Partnership: Partner with lenders to proactively find approval solutions for customers.
  • Documentation Review: Collate, analyze, and evaluate documentation in support of loan applications.
  • Cross-Team Coordination: Work with Accounting and backend partners to secure financing through project completion.
  • Reporting: Calculate finance approval statistics and provide reporting.
  • Relationship Management: Correspond with customers and banking partners to resolve questions and maintain strong relationships.
Qualifications
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field preferred.
  • Experience: 2–3 years in consumer lending, loan processing, or a related customer-facing financial role.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with consumer credit, loan products, and underwriting basics.
  • Customer Focus: Committed to exceptional, service-oriented communication throughout the financing process — from application to approval.
  • Attention to Detail: Skilled at preparing accurate, compliant loan documentation and managing risk through diligent information gathering.
  • Process Knowledge: Able to guide customers through the loan process while adhering to all applicable policies and regulations.
Physical Requirements
  • Computer & Office Work: Ability to work at a computer and use standard office equipment for extended periods.
  • Communication: Ability to communicate effectively in person, by phone, email, and virtual platforms.
  • Mobility & Dexterity: Ability to remain stationary for extended periods, move throughout the office, and operate standard office equipment.
  • Lifting: Ability to occasionally lift and move office materials up to 15 pounds.
