Office Supervisor

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Office Supervisor based in the United States.

The Office Supervisor will lead a remote operations team responsible for delivering consistent, high-quality customer service and operational performance.
You’ll oversee daily workflows, employee scheduling, productivity, quality, and service standards in a fast-paced environment.
The role combines people leadership with hands-on operational oversight and continuous process improvement.
You’ll coach and develop employees while ensuring teams consistently meet established business goals and performance expectations.
Success requires strong organization, communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.

The position is fully remote, with occasional travel and flexibility to support business needs.

Accountabilities
  • Hire, train, develop, motivate, and coach remote office staff while fostering a collaborative and accountable team environment.
  • Monitor team productivity, quality, customer service, and first-call resolution through regular audits of calls, files, and system activity.
  • Provide day-to-day direction, clarify responsibilities and goals, and ensure assigned teams consistently operate within established standards.
  • Manage employee schedules, attendance, performance reviews, ongoing coaching, and other people-management activities.
  • Address employee and customer service issues promptly, including conflict resolution and escalations.
  • Lead virtual team meetings and communicate priorities, expectations, performance results, and operational updates.
  • Manage multiple processes and workflows simultaneously while maintaining service continuity and operational efficiency.
  • Support expense management, basic accounting, inventory management, and other administrative requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with peer managers to execute operational initiatives and continuously improve team performance.
  • Perform the duties of supervised positions when necessary and respond to operational or alarm-related calls as required.
  • Complete additional responsibilities and projects as assigned, including occasional business travel.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required; some college education is preferred.
  • At least 3 years of office management or equivalent professional experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to hire, train, develop, and motivate employees in a performance-driven environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general computer applications.
  • Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute and basic 10-key proficiency.
  • Strong multitasking, organization, prioritization, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience managing multiple employee processes and workflows while maintaining accuracy and accountability.
  • Basic accounting and inventory management skills, including the ability to monitor and manage expenses.
  • Effective conflict management skills and the ability to address employee and customer concerns professionally.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel occasionally as business needs require.
  • Ability to respond to alarm calls when necessary.
  • Bilingual capabilities are considered a plus.
  • Ability to work the required schedule of 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. CST, with overtime as needed.
