- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, refine candidate profiles, and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Provide regular recruitment updates and maintain accurate candidate information throughout the hiring process.

- A strong track record of proactively identifying candidates and converting passive prospects into engaged talent.
- Exceptional written and spoken English, with the ability to conduct professional interviews and create compelling candidate outreach.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes and high-volume pipelines independently.
- Strong attention to detail and a process-driven approach to maintaining accurate candidate records and delivering a consistent candidate experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and collaborate effectively with hiring managers.
- Comfortable working autonomously in a fully remote environment.
