Job Description
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Technical Program Manager based in United States.
This is a high-impact technical program management role focused on delivering complex enterprise integrations in a fast-moving, remote-first environment.
You will own end-to-end integration project plans, coordinating milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and implementation timelines across multiple stakeholders.
The role serves as a trusted point of contact for enterprise clients, combining strong communication with rigorous program governance and execution.
You will work closely with Engineering, Product, Integrations, Solutions, and client project teams to maintain alignment around critical paths and priorities.
The position also involves tracking client-specific product requests and ensuring issues move efficiently from intake through resolution.
You will bring structure and transparency to high-stakes engagements while avoiding unnecessary process that can slow down a growing business.
This is an opportunity to work on meaningful financial technology challenges alongside a globally distributed team with significant ownership and autonomy.
- Own integration project plans for complex enterprise engagements, including milestones, deliverables, dependencies, implementation timelines, and overall project health.
- Serve as the primary client point of contact throughout integrations, communicating proactively, understanding requirements deeply, surfacing risks early, and maintaining trusted relationships.
- Track client-specific product feature requests from initial intake through resolution, ensuring requests assigned to Engineering and Product remain visible, prioritized, and moving forward.
- Establish clear RACI structures and roles and responsibilities at the beginning of each engagement so accountability is unambiguous for both internal teams and client project offices.
- Coordinate structured communication across Engineering, Product, Integrations, Solutions, and client stakeholders, proactively managing expectations and keeping teams aligned around the critical path.
- Ensure project deliverables, documentation, and other artifacts remain organized, current, accessible, and clearly owned.
- Develop strong product fluency to act as a credible thought partner on feature requests, technical dependencies, and trade-offs rather than simply communicating project status.
- Monitor and report on project health, including deliverable slippage, root causes, dependency risks, capacity constraints, and priorities across concurrent enterprise engagements.
- Apply appropriate program management rigor to enterprise engagements while adapting processes to the needs and pace of different clients.
- 7+ years of technical program or project management experience, including significant experience managing implementations for large enterprise clients.
- Direct experience working within formal enterprise project management environments involving structured governance, RACI frameworks, milestone-based reporting, and executive-level visibility.
- Strong judgment in applying program management rigor appropriately without over-engineering processes for smaller or faster-moving engagements.
- Experience in fintech, payments, fraud, risk, compliance, or a related domain, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment serving enterprise customers.
- Ability to act as a credible thought partner to Engineering and Product teams, with sufficient technical understanding to discuss dependencies, trade-offs, prioritization, and potential blockers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical project status into clear language that enterprise project offices and executive stakeholders can trust.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent, high-stakes client engagements while maintaining attention to detail.
- High ownership, self-direction, and adaptability, with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-growing environment where processes may continue to evolve.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, particularly across technical teams, client organizations, and cross-functional internal groups.
- Competitive compensation package combining cash and equity.
- Early exercise opportunities for stock options, including pre-vested options.
- Fully remote, work-from-anywhere environment within the United States or Canada.
- Flexible paid time off and a year-end break.
- Health, dental, and vision insurance for employees and dependents, where applicable in the US and Canada.
- 4% 401(k) or RRSP matching for eligible US and Canada employees.
- MacBook Pro provided for work.
- One-time home office setup stipend for items such as a desk, chair, and monitor.
- Monthly meal stipend.
- Monthly social meetup stipend.
- Annual health and wellness stipend.
- Annual learning and professional development stipend.
- Opportunity to work with a globally distributed team and experienced professionals on complex enterprise technology initiatives.
