As a Direct Support Professional, you will:
- Provide supervision and support according to each individual's Person-Centered Individual Support Plan (ISP)
- Assist individuals in achieving personal goals and desired outcomes
- Support activities of daily living, including meal preparation, personal hygiene, and household tasks
- Provide transportation to appointments, activities, and community events as needed
- Assist individuals in accessing community resources and supports
- Administer or assist with medications in accordance with MAP certification requirements
- Complete required documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with clinical and program staff to ensure quality services
- Promote healthy, safe, and socially appropriate behaviors
- Perform other related duties as assigned

- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to provide proof of education
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to pass all required background screenings, including FBI clearance when applicable
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
- Previous experience in human services, healthcare, direct care, or caregiving roles
- Per Diem (PRN) opportunities available
- Flexible scheduling based on program needs
- Shifts available throughout residential programs
- Ability to assist individuals with activities of daily living
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift as required during routine job duties
- Ability to safely transport and accompany individuals in the community
- Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
