About Us
Sigma Commercial LLC is a Milwaukee-based holding company overseeing four operating businesses: LaBonte Construction (luxury residential remodeling), Property Prep (commercial maintenance and janitorial), Vandelay Group (residential property management), and Sigma Commercial itself (shared back office). We're a small, hands-on team - people wear multiple hats and things get done without a lot of red tape.

The Role
We're looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to run our digital presence across Property Prep LLC, LaBonte Construction LLC, and our CEO's personal brand. This is a doing job, not a management position - you'll be hands-on with strategy and execution: social media, website content, and visual marketing across all three brands. You'll work closely with our two editors to turn raw video and podcast content into platform-native social content, reporting directly to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities
• Own digital marketing strategy and execution across Property Prep LLC, LaBonte Construction LLC, and the CEO's personal brand
• Manage and grow presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and web/website content
• Maintain and update WordPress-based websites for multiple brands
• Produce marketing graphics and content using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
• Collaborate directly with our two editors to turn existing video and podcast assets into platform-native social content (clips, quote graphics, carousels, reels, and similar formats)
• Set and manage a content calendar across all brands and platforms
• Track performance metrics (engagement, follower growth, reach, site traffic) and adjust strategy based on results
• Keep brand voice and messaging distinct and appropriate across each brand

Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of real-world professional digital marketing experience (candidates with less experience are encouraged to apply for our Digital Marketing Internship instead)
• Demonstrated experience managing social media accounts for a business or brand
• Working proficiency with WordPress, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong computer skills and comfort learning new tools independently
• Proven creativity: a portfolio or examples of content you've built are a plus
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple brands and priorities at once
• Comfortable taking initiative and driving projects forward, even without managing staff
• Genuine interest in working in a small-business environment, with the flexibility and ownership that comes with it
