What does a day in the life of a Technical Onboarding Specialist look like?

• Support high-touch/deep onboarding for a smaller group of top customers

• Pipedrive described three onboarding levels: self-service, one-to-many/scaled, and white-glove/deep onboarding

• Provide deeper technical engagement for customers receiving white-glove/deep onboarding

• Understand the customer's business and use case, not only the Pipedrive product

• Implement solutions rather than only advise customers

• Potentially work directly within customer systems where the customer provides access

• Help customers become more capable/super users and deepen product adoption

• Lower-value customers would generally receive self-service or scaled onboarding rather than this level of technical engagement

What are the required qualifications of a Technical Onboarding Specialist?

• 3+ years in solutions engineering, implementation or technical consulting
• REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth; builds in JavaScript or Python and in Zapier, Make or n8n
• Data modelling and migration
• Confident running workshops with senior business users
