Mold Setter in Clinton, Tennessee at SL Tennessee

• 1) Set up and tear down injection molding machines.

1) Remove and set up molding in injection molding machines
2) Mold changeovers in a timely manner
3) Ensuring all auxiliary equipment present and properly hooked up.
4) Preventive and/or corrective maintenance to the molding machines
5) Ensure all plumbing correctly installed and operating correctly
6) Complete file, and maintenance documentation generated for the maintenance,
temperature adjustments, set up molding machine
7) Comply with all safety standards, ensure safety of all around equipment
8) Respond to any hazardous or chemical substance contingences in all area
9) Comply with the quality and environment standards procedures and instruction (those
applicable)
10) Complete reports
11) Ensure all the equipment running set to standards.
12) Perform duties assigned by supervisor.

Work Experience

1) Prefer 6 months experience in injection molding facility
