Shifts Available

1st Shift: Monday – Thursday, 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM

• Overtime required as needed

What You’ll Do

As a Warehouse Associate, you will:

• Load, unload, and move materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other handling equipment
• Receive and inspect inbound shipments for accuracy and damage
• Deliver materials to designated storage areas, production lines, or staging zones
• Pick, stage, and prepare components for outbound shipments and delivery to assembly
• Scan and document material movements using handheld devices or warehouse systems
• Support cycle counts and inventory checks as directed
• Maintain 5S cleanliness and organization of warehouse and material staging areas
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures, including proper lifting and equipment operation
• Communicate material shortages, quality concerns, or discrepancies to supervisors
• Remove packaging waste, scrap, and other warehouse trash to maintain clean and safe work areas
• Perform other duties as assigned to support company and department goals

Requirements (Minimum Qualifications)

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1–2 years of warehouse, logistics, or material handling experience preferred
• Forklift certification or willingness to become certified
• Ability to safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
• Basic understanding of warehouse processes, documentation, and inventory flow
• Experience using barcode scanners or WMS systems is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Communication skills to report issues and work effectively in a team setting
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Ability to work on-site in a warehouse environment with exposure to forklifts, pallets, and fluctuating temperatures
• Ability to climb, bend, kneel, crouch, and stand for extended periods; occasionally lift up to 60 lbs as needed
• Comfortable wearing PPE (safety shoes, gloves, head protection, eye protection)
• Visual acuity for reading part numbers, labels, and scanner screens
• Manual dexterity for handling components, boxes, and warehouse tools
• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, or alternate shifts as required
