Responsibilities:

Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming and personal careProvide light housekeeping and laundry supportPrepare simple mealsOffer companionship and emotional supportTransport clients to medical appointments, shopping, and activitiesSupport medication remindersCommunicate changes in condition and participate in periodic assessments

Requirements & Skills:

Current and valid CHHA (Certified Home Health Aide) certificationDriver’s License and safe driving record.
No accidents in the past 5 years No moving violations in 3 years.
Excellent communication skillsA compassionate, dependable, and professional approach to care
