Job Description

Description:

Are you looking for a clinical role where your work actually makes a difference and where your employer invests as much in you as you invest in your patients? NSPC is looking for a Medical Assistant to join our team!

At NSPC, you'll be part of a collaborative clinical team that takes patient care seriously and takes care of each other just as seriously. You'll room patients, assist with procedures, support injection visits, and help keep our clinic running smoothly, all while working alongside providers and colleagues who genuinely have your back.

What You'll Do

• Room patients and gather vitals, history, and chief complaint

• Assist physicians with in-office procedures using sterile technique

• Support injection visits, from intake through provider handoff

• Reconcile medications, manage consents, and keep charts patient-ready

• Be a steady, reassuring presence for patients from check-in to check-out

What We're Looking For

• Current CMA or RMA certification (preferred)

• Current BLS/CPR certification (preferred)

• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment

• Someone who brings both clinical skill and genuine warmth to patient care

Why You'll Love Working Here

• Half-day Fridays; because your weekend should start early

• Comprehensive benefits package; health, dental, vision, and more

• A culture of investing in you; regular Lunch & Learns to keep growing your skills

• Events all year long; social gatherings, mental health and wellness programming, and financial wellness events designed to support the whole you, not just your 9-to-5

• A team that feels like one, supportive coworkers and leadership who value work-life balance as much as patient care

• If you're ready to bring your clinical skills to a team that will invest right back in you, we'd love to hear from you
