Housekeeping Team Member in Cypress, California at WKS Restaurant Group

Red West is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Team Member for our office building in the City of Cypress.

Position Summary:

This position provides efficient housekeeping duties, as well as maintaining office and building facilities and parking lot areas to ensure a clean and safe work environment for both tenants and guests.

• Performs a sequence of tasks that result in a clean safe and sanitary office environment for tenants and guests. Performs routine office cleaning duties, including mopping and/or vacuuming floors, spot cleaning walls, cleaning desks, furniture and fixtures, windows, and emptying & removing trash
• Cleans Restrooms: Performs routine restroom cleaning. Cleans and sanitizes toilets and urinals, spot cleans walls and partitions, and cleans and rinses sinks and counters

· Using a standard glass cleaner, cleans mirrors and other glass and stainless steel. Dust, sweep floors, pull trash, restock supplies, mop floors, and spot cleans carpets.

· Uses a variety of cleaning equipment, using a broad selection of cleaning solutions and floor-care products, following specific instructions covering proper mixing.

• Refills kitchen supplies when they are low, assists with event clean up
• Other Office Duties as required.

Physical Requirements:

· Must be able to lift 40 pounds and perform routine physical activity with dusting, mopping, and operating equipment such as a vacuum cleaner.

· Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time.

· Extensive repeated twisting and stooping required.
