Job Summary

The integrated OB-MSS Registered Nurse role incorporates maternity support (MSS), infant case management (ICM), and childbirth education. Provides and performs duties as stated in the guidelines of the First Steps state program. This position will be 1.0 FTE (40 hours/week).

***Must be available for 1 Saturday per month as needed for staffing.***

Education - Completion of a BSN or an ADN from an accredited institution.
Experience - Two (2) years ambulatory nursing experience with BSN or three (3) years with an ADN preferred, in areas such as public health, community health, or equivalent and experience in multicultural nursing or other social service area and commitment to community health care preferred. OB/MSS experience preferred.
Other Requirement(s) - Current WA State Registered Nurse (RN) license. Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers. Have or obtain specialty certification in lactation or childbirth education within 12 months of hire required.
