About NPM Franchising
NPM Franchising, LLC is the franchisor entity behind the EarthWise Pet family. With franchise locations across the U.S. and continued unit growth each year, NPM Franchising is entering its next phase: scaling franchise development, strengthening unit-level economics across the brand portfolio, and building the financial infrastructure of a company built to last — and built to be attractive to future partners, investors, or acquirers.
Position Summary
The Chief Financial Officer will serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and executive team, owning all aspects of the company's financial strategy, franchise finance, and organizational scalability. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can build (and, where needed, rebuild) financial systems and reporting discipline while also thinking several years ahead — about franchise unit growth, capital structure, and the financial readiness that supports long-term strategic options for the company. The ideal candidate has led finance through a period of rapid multi-unit growth and is comfortable being both the architect of financial strategy and the person in the details.

- Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Franchise Development, Marketing, and Operations leadership.
