Paralegal in Colorado Springs, Colorado at ATA Services, Inc.

ATA Services Inc. is currently looking for an experienced Paralegal to work with our client El Paso, CO.

Key Responsibilities:

• Compile, process, track, organize, and redact Open Records Requests (CORAs)
• Manage and maintain calendars, including scheduling and coordinating meetings
• Monitor department email inboxes and route messages to appropriate staff
• Prepare, format, and edit documents, correspondence, and internal communications
• Support data entry, document filing, and recordkeeping
• Assist with meeting preparation, including agendas, notes, and follow-up items
• Help coordinate small projects and administrative tasks as assigned
• Provide general administrative support to the Communications team

Skills & Experience:

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office software
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to handle confidential information appropriately
