Business Development Manager

Based in Zagreb but thinking globally?
We are looking for a Business Development Manager who will bring more than 3 years of experience in sales, in freight forwarding industry.
We’re looking for a confident negotiator who treats every client like a partner and every target like a personal challenge.
Are you ready to show your best game ? (not only in sales results, we are also into sports ;-)
Requirements- Min. of 3 years of work experience in sales
- Commercial education at higher level
- Deep industrial knowledge is considered as advantage
- Advanced computer literacy (MS Office)
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Category B driver’s license
- Proficiency in SPOT and CRM systems, including the ability to train others on these platforms
- Experience in business development (sales)
- Strong negotiation skills
- Highly sales-oriented mindset
- Self-confidence and a proactive approach
- Positive attitude towards work, colleagues, and clients
- Professional conduct and appearance
- Willingness and ability for business travels
- Active sales and business development within defined field of responsibility
- Executing personal sales and business development activities
- Acquisition of new clients, developing portfolio
- Representing interest of the Company before 3rd parties
- Presenting services
- Cooperation with other organizational units with other departments within the Company
- Dynamic, international and multicultural work environment
- Healthy work atmosphere
