Oaknoll is currently seeking a full-time Hope Dining Room Supervisor to join our Dining Services team. An outstanding candidate will demonstrate an understanding of resident-centered care/service and treat everyone with courtesy and respect. The primary responsibilities of the supervisor will include but are not limited to: Overseeing dining operations, both front-of-house and back-of-house, in our nursing care areas. Modeling expected service techniques and customer service standards and ensuring that staff are trained and perform up to Oaknoll standards. Creating and managing schedules for dining staff, ensuring that proper staffing levels are maintained across all shifts. Participating in care conferences each week for our residents in Assisted Living and the Health Center under the direction of the Registered Dietician. Observing guest satisfaction and stepping in to support service when needed. Adhering to all restaurant regulations and proper food safety standards and enforcing them among staff. Ensuring the understanding and following of dietary restrictions, infection control standards, and sanitation practices among dining staff. Meeting with the Director of Dining Services and Executive Chef to plan for special events and facilitate communication between staff and management. Maintaining a thorough understanding of Oaknoll's catering menu and the ability to manage catering events.

Requirements:- Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Candidates must have 2 years of experience in food customer service or related field, with management experience preferred.
- Candidates must demonstrate and maintain knowledge of dietary restrictions, infection control standards, and sanitation practices.
- Candidates must be willing to complete ServSafe certification within 6 months of hire.
- Candidates holding a Certified Dining Manager certification preferred.
