Installation and Delivery Technician - Move. Protect. Deliver.
Our Installation and Delivery Technicians are trusted with safely moving, packing, installing, and transporting some of the world's most valuable artworks, antiques, and rare objects. Whether you're an experienced art handler or have developed your skills in moving, logistics, military service, installation, or another hands-on profession, you'll find an opportunity to build a unique career protecting and transporting some of the world's most extraordinary objects. What You'll Be Doing
Safe Transportation & Handling
- Safely load, unload, move, and position artwork, antiques, and display furniture throughout the gallery and warehouse
- Pack, crate, and prepare fragile and high-value inventory for local, national, and international transportation
- Drive company box trucks to transport inventory to clients, exhibitions, vendors, and events
- Deliver artwork to client homes and businesses while providing exceptional white-glove service
- Secure inventory during transport using proper loading and tie-down techniques
- Complete condition inspections before and after transport
Installation & Gallery Support
- Install artwork and antiques using appropriate mounting hardware, tools, and equipment
- Assist with gallery installations, exhibitions, merchandising, and special events
- Help maintain gallery presentation standards through careful movement and placement of inventory
- Support inventory processing, receiving, and organization
Teamwork & Safety
- Work closely with teammates to safely move oversized, awkward, and delicate objects
- Operate dollies, pallet jacks, forklifts, ladders, lifts, and other material-handling equipment safely
- Follow established handling procedures that protect both employees and inventory
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
What We're Looking For
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Two or more years of experience moving, transporting, installing, packing, or handling fragile, oversized, or high-value items
- Ability to safely lift, carry, push, and maneuver heavy objects with assistance throughout the workday
- Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, ladders, and material-handling equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to doing the job correctly every time
- Professional attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team
Experience That Transfers Well

- Professional moving companies
- Military logistics or transportation
- White-glove delivery services
- Furniture delivery or installation
- Warehouse or shipping operations
- Trade show or exhibit installation
- Carpentry or skilled trades
- Commercial driving or box truck operation
- Museum or gallery art handling
Previous experience handling fine art is welcomed but not required. We provide comprehensive training in museum-quality art handling, packing, installation, and logistics, giving you the opportunity to develop specialized skills while working with some of the world's most extraordinary objects.

Compensation, Schedule & Travel
- Full-time hourly position
- Competitive compensation based on experience
- Quarterly and annual bonus opportunities
- Monday through Friday schedule with at least one Saturday each month
- Overtime available based on business needs
- Local and overnight, out-of-state travel required
