What You'll Do

As a Member Service Representative (Teller), you'll:

• Welcome members with friendly, professional service.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other financial transactions accurately.
• Assist members with accounts, digital services, and everyday questions.
• Balance your cash drawer and maintain accurate records.
• Recommend products and services that help members reach their financial goals.
• Help create a positive experience for every member, every day.

Who We're Looking For

Customer service or cash-handling experience is helpful but not required. We welcome applicants from retail, hospitality, healthcare, education, agriculture, office administration, and other service-focused industries.
