Accountabilities:

The Sr. Developer, Software Development will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing advanced software solutions while ensuring security, scalability, and performance across complex technical environments. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, expertise in modern development practices, and the ability to contribute to innovative AI and data-focused initiatives.

  • Design and implement software solutions based on graph theory and real-time system principles, with a focus on scalability and performance.
  • Develop secure and efficient applications using modern programming practices, emphasizing memory safety and reliability.
  • Build and maintain applications leveraging Python, AI/ML libraries, graph databases, NoSQL technologies, and cloud computing platforms.
  • Develop and enhance Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and AI-driven capabilities.
  • Apply software security best practices, including code reviews, vulnerability assessments, and proactive risk mitigation.
  • Work with algorithms, data structures, streaming technologies, and distributed systems to solve complex engineering challenges.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to deliver high-quality software solutions and continuous improvements.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate brings strong software development experience with expertise in AI, data systems, and scalable application architecture. You should have a solid technical foundation, strong analytical abilities, and experience working with modern engineering tools and frameworks.

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, with at least 1 year of professional software development experience.
  • Strong programming experience with Python and AI/ML libraries.
  • Hands-on knowledge of real-time systems, streaming technologies, graph databases, algorithms, and data structures.
  • Experience designing and developing applications using NoSQL databases and cloud computing platforms.
  • Understanding of graph theory concepts and their practical application in software solutions.
  • Ability to build secure, scalable, and high-performance software systems.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to technical detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment while collaborating with distributed teams.
