C&B Intern in Ho Chi Minh City at GRADION

In this role, you will:

• Routine HR Administration & Filing: Handle administrative paperwork, physical/digital document filing, and signatory for employee movements (e.g., labor contracts, probation evaluations, resignations, etc.).

• HRIS & Data Maintenance: Input and continuously update employee personnel records and headcount movements in the master HR database/HRIS.

• Employee Information Collection: Act as the main administrative contact to collect required employee documentation and information directly from staff.

• Timekeeping & Statutory Support: Assist with monthly timekeeping data verification, leave balance tracking, and document preparation for Social Insurance (BHXH) and Personal Income Tax (PIT) filings.

• Support ad-hoc HR operations and administrative tasks as needed

• Learn Gradion's C&B frameworks and shadow senior team members on live projects, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time C&B role

What You Will Bring:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field

• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (comfortable with formulas, pivot tables, and basic data analysis)

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

• High integrity regarding data confidentiality, comfortable working with numbers, proactive, and a strong "can-do" attitude.

• Good English communication skills (written and spoken)

• Curiosity about compensation, benefits, and HR analytics

• Available to commit to at least 3 months, full-time

Nice-to-Have:

• Prior exposure to HR or C&B coursework or projects

• Familiarity with Vietnamese labor law basics

• Experience with data visualization tools (Google Data Studio, Power BI)
