About the role

This 7month fixedterm, fulltime role (MonFri, 8.00am4:30pm) supports our ElectriNET team with daytoday office administration, customer service, and accurate data processing. You need to be capable of handle highvolume computerbased work, and ensure jobs, invoices and records are processed correctly and on time. Experience with SAP is an advantage.

Key responsibilities

  • Frontofhouse customer service and managing incoming calls
  • Highaccuracy data entry and computerbased processing
  • Timesheet, job sheet, purchase order and invoice administration
  • Opening, maintaining and closing jobs, ensuring correct costing
  • Scanning, filing, archiving and maintaining company records
  • Supporting payroll data entry and creditor/debtor queries
  • Coordinating vehicle maintenance bookings and monthly checks
  • Preparing basic reports and providing general admin support
  • Maintaining Health & Safety documentation and VAULT updates

About you

You're an organised, detailfocused administrator with strong computer and data entry skills. You communicate well, stay calm under pressure, and enjoy supporting a busy team. You bring a positive attitude, accuracy in your work, and a professional approach with customers and colleagues.

You will also bring:

  • Solid administration experience
  • Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
  • Fast, accurate data entry
  • SAP experience (advantageous)
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
  • A proactive, flexible, teamfocused mindset
