CRM and Lifecycle Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a CRM and Lifecycle Manager based in the United States.

This is a remote opportunity for a CRM and Lifecycle Manager focused on driving customer engagement, retention, loyalty, and repeat purchases.
You will lead the execution and optimization of customer communications across email, MMS, push notifications, loyalty, and lifecycle programs.
The role combines hands-on campaign operations with segmentation, tracking, QA, analytics, and performance optimization.
You will play an important role in strengthening lifecycle journeys and supporting the growth and evolution of the loyalty program.
Working closely with marketing, retail operations, digital technology, and analytics teams, you will connect customer communications to measurable business outcomes.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, technically minded, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns and workflows in a fast-paced environment.
This role offers the opportunity to directly influence customer value, marketing attribution, and the effectiveness of CRM programs.

Accountabilities
  • Own audience segmentation and customer builds across email, MMS, push notifications, loyalty, lifecycle campaigns, and triggered communications, ensuring audiences are relevant and aligned with campaign objectives.
  • Manage CRM tracking standards, including UTM structures, campaign naming conventions, link creation, QA, and attribution consistency across communications.
  • Coordinate the deployment of email, MMS, and push campaigns, ensuring sends are accurate, properly segmented, timely, compliant, and ready for launch.
  • Lead CRM quality assurance processes, validating audiences, links, offers, compliance requirements, rendering, send timing, and overall deployment readiness.
  • Support the relaunch and ongoing development of the loyalty program, including campaign configuration, customer communications, segmentation, tracking, reporting, and optimization.
  • Monitor loyalty performance through member engagement, tier activity, redemption behavior, opt-ins, retention, and repeat-purchase trends, translating findings into actionable improvements.
  • Build and optimize lifecycle journeys supporting acquisition, personalization, repeat purchase, retention, reactivation, loyalty engagement, and long-term customer growth.
  • Partner with CRM technology and digital teams to support platform execution, customer segmentation, loyalty integrations, lifecycle automation, tracking, and data quality.
  • Analyze CRM and loyalty performance and provide recommendations to improve engagement, retention, personalization, attribution, and marketing-generated revenue.
  • Identify operational challenges, reporting gaps, tracking inconsistencies, platform issues, and opportunities to streamline CRM processes and improve campaign effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, marketing operations, campaign operations, or a closely related discipline, with strong hands-on experience in campaign execution and customer segmentation.
  • Strong technical understanding of CRM campaign workflows, audience management, UTM tracking, campaign attribution, lifecycle automation, and digital communications.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret customer and campaign data and translate performance insights into practical recommendations.
  • Experience working with email, SMS/MMS, push notifications, loyalty programs, triggered communications, or similar customer engagement channels.
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, audiences, workflows, tracking links, QA processes, and reporting requirements simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of how segmentation, tracking consistency, loyalty behavior, and customer data quality affect marketing performance and reporting.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with Marketing, Creative, Digital/IT, Analytics, Retail Operations, and leadership teams.
  • Proactive problem-solving approach, with the ability to identify issues and improvement opportunities before they impact campaign execution or business results.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment and balancing day-to-day execution with longer-term lifecycle and loyalty optimization.
  • Background check required.
Benefits
  • Salary: $125,000–$135,000 per year.
  • Remote: Fully remote position based in the United States.
  • Opportunity to play a key role in CRM, lifecycle marketing, customer retention, and loyalty strategy.
  • Opportunity to work cross-functionally across marketing, technology, analytics, and operations.
  • Exposure to customer data, lifecycle automation, loyalty programs, and marketing attribution.
  • Opportunity to contribute to the optimization and relaunch of a customer loyalty program.
  • Fast-paced environment with significant ownership over CRM execution and performance.
  • AI-supported hiring processes are used to assist recruitment teams, while final hiring decisions remain human-led.
