As the Manager of Fare Partnerships, you will:

  • Lead the growth, administration, and partner engagement activities for transit pass and fare partnerships.

  • Develop and execute sales and business development initiatives to increase fare revenue through employer, educational, government, and community partnerships.

  • Oversee the administration of pass programs, contract management, invoicing, and program compliance while ensuring exceptional service delivery to partners and customers.

  • Manage relationships with partners, cultivating long-term partnerships, identifying new revenue opportunities, and supporting initiatives that increase transit ridership and program participation.

  • Supervise a team, providing leadership, coaching, and operational oversight to ensure business objectives, revenue targets, and customer service standards are achieved.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/TRAINING

  • Four years of professional experience in business development, account management, partner relations, sales, customer support, program administration, or a related field.

  • Experience developing strategic partnerships and growing program participation and revenue is highly desirable.

  • Minimum two years leading and supervising employees.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales/Marketing or a related field.

Pay Rate: $92,700.00 or more, depending on experience

As a full-time Administrative Employee, your Total Rewards Benefits Package will include:
