Job Description
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Platform Success Specialist based in the United States.
This is a highly client-facing, technical onboarding role focused on helping agencies adopt and confidently operate an integrated AdTech platform.
You will guide clients through the full campaign lifecycle, from audience creation and AI-driven segmentation to omnichannel activation, tracking, and measurement.
The role combines customer success, technical implementation, workflow design, and product feedback in a fast-moving environment.
You will troubleshoot integrations, data feeds, tags, APIs, and campaign configurations while identifying opportunities to simplify fragmented agency processes.
As a key voice of the user, you will translate customer feedback into actionable insights that influence product development and roadmap priorities.
You will also build scalable enablement resources and use AI tools to make onboarding, documentation, and insight gathering more efficient.
Success means turning complex AdTech workflows into simple, repeatable experiences that build long-term customer confidence and adoption.
- Lead end-to-end platform onboarding: Guide agencies through structured implementation across audience creation, AI-powered segmentation, omnichannel activation, margin configuration, tracking, and measurement validation.
- Own technical client relationships: Serve as the primary technical point of contact during onboarding, translating platform capabilities into practical campaign configurations and ensuring clients can execute effectively.
- Integrate the platform into agency workflows: Identify opportunities to replace fragmented processes with unified, scalable workflows while proactively addressing deployment and adoption risks.
- Troubleshoot technical issues: Diagnose and resolve implementation challenges involving website tags, data feeds, APIs, campaign configuration, tracking, and performance dashboards.
- Identify and remove adoption friction: Distinguish between training needs, workflow issues, and genuine product opportunities, then coordinate the appropriate response.
- Support commercial activities: Partner with Sales on product demonstrations, pitches, and post-sale integration planning when technical or workflow expertise is required.
- Act as the voice of the customer: Capture structured feedback from agency interactions, identify recurring friction points, and communicate actionable insights to Product, Revenue, and Operations teams.
- Leverage AI for customer insights: Use transcription, AI analysis, and other productivity tools to synthesize customer conversations, identify patterns, and turn unstructured feedback into useful product and operational intelligence.
- Influence product development: Contribute to roadmap discussions, particularly around onboarding, workflow clarity, AI-assisted activation, and overall platform usability.
- Build scalable enablement: Create documentation, onboarding playbooks, training resources, and short-form videos that help agencies become self-sufficient and reduce reliance on manual support.
- Continuously improve onboarding: Develop repeatable, confidence-building processes that accelerate adoption and strengthen long-term platform engagement.
- 5+ years of experience managing technically complex client relationships within AdTech, digital media, or closely related environments.
- Strong AdTech and digital advertising knowledge, including identity, audience data, campaign activation, attribution, measurement, and first-party data workflows.
- Hands-on technical fluency with website tags, APIs, data feeds, campaign configuration, integrations, and performance dashboards.
- Experience with relevant platforms and tools, such as DSPs, Google Ads, CDPs, Google Tag Manager, Meta Ads, CRM systems, or comparable marketing technology.
- Agency or advertiser onboarding experience with marketing, advertising, or AdTech platforms is strongly preferred.
- Systems-oriented mindset, with the ability to transform ambiguous or fragmented processes into structured, repeatable, scalable workflows.
- Builder mentality: Comfortable operating autonomously, solving problems proactively, and creating processes and resources where they do not yet exist.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear operational guidance for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Customer empathy and commercial awareness, with the ability to understand agency needs while balancing adoption, usability, and business objectives.
- Curiosity about AI and product innovation, including an interest in applying AI to customer insight gathering, enablement, documentation, and operational efficiency.
- Strong organizational skills and follow-through, with the ability to manage multiple client implementations and cross-functional priorities effectively.
- Remote flexibility: Work remotely from anywhere in the United States.
- High-impact role: Play a central part in helping agencies adopt and scale a unified AdTech workflow.
- Cross-functional exposure: Work closely with clients, Sales, Revenue, Operations, and Product teams.
- Product influence: Directly contribute user insights and workflow recommendations that can shape platform development.
- AI-first environment: Use AI tools to improve customer onboarding, analyze feedback, and build scalable enablement systems.
- Ownership and autonomy: Take responsibility for meaningful client and operational outcomes in a fast-moving, builder-oriented environment.
- Professional growth: Develop expertise across AdTech, AI-enabled workflows, customer success, technical implementation, and product strategy.
- Scalable impact: Help establish onboarding and enablement systems designed to support the organization’s growth without proportional increases in manual support.
